DIRECTIONS


无糖豆浆DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large pot, disssolve 1 packet of Tofu Powder (65g) in 2.5 cups (600cc) water using a whisk. Bring to full boil over high heat stirring constantly. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, Remove from heat.
2. Add coagulant (1 small packet) 1-2 minutes later and stir quickly. Pour all at once into a square container and cover with foil.
3. Allow to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or until firm. (During this period, do not refrigerate or cool with cold water to hasten the firming process.)
4. Unmold into a large bowl filled with cold water.

To make soybean milk , just not add the coagulant after full boil.

To make Tofu- Pudding, simply increase water to 1440cc, and follow the described above.
